I’ve always been the Pizza Girl

The Pizza Girl, Caroline D’Amore, comes from three generations of Italian pizza makers. Her bar for pizza was set before she could reach the counter — but as she grew up, she discovered great pizza at home didn’t exist for everyone. So she made it. The best Italian flour, real olive oil, creamy mozzarella, and homemade tomato sauce — no fillers, no additives, no unnecessary anything. We par-bake her pizzas in small batches in LA and fresh-seal them, so what lands at your door is exactly what left our kitchen: a crust that blisters and crackles, cheese that pulls, real depth of flavor. A few minutes to finish in the Pizza Girl oven and it’s like it was made in front of you. Because everyone deserves good pizza.
