Most Pizza Girl products qualify for Free Shipping. The exception is 3-packs of Sauce which ship for $10 or for $12.95 with Premium Package Protection. 

Premium Package Protection

All orders automatically come with an option for PREMIUM PACKAGE PROTECTION at a small additional charge to protect your orders from any issues during the delivery process.  If you are ok with taking it up with your carrier should any mishap occur, you have the option to select an alternative shipping method.

We spend a lot of time making custom protective packaging for our products, but once the package leaves our hands the carriers vary in how well they protect it.  So we protect you from any worry, and time having to make a claim with the carrier – which can be frustrating and doesn’t always result in you receiving a replacement product!

DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

If your order is damaged or never arrives, please file a claim with our team and we will send a replacement order. claims@pizzagirl

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received, please take these steps:

  1. Check the delivery address is correct on your order
  2. .Wait 3 days to see if the carrier redelivers
  3. File a claim within 15 days at claims@pizzagirl and no longer than 30 days since your package shipped.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows not delivered and presumed lost, we will send a replacement. Lost packages are considered lost 15 days after carrier scan and must be reported within 30 days of mailing for Premium Package Protection to be valid. If we are out of stock of any product we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the item(s).

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM?

Contact us at claims@pizzagirl, live chat or contact info. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days Please include: Name, order number and description of issue. For fast response use subject line: PPP and order number.

Each claim is assessed by our team and reviewed thoroughly to ensure we can get the replacement product to you as quickly as possible. Pizza Girl Inc reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the criteria we have outlined. In this case the customer must pursue resolution via carrier or law enforcement (in the event of delivery theft).

IF I DON’T HAVE PREMIUM PROTECTION?

If Premium Package Protection was declined at checkout, please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution if your package has been lost, stolen or damaged.
