Hi. I was very excited to receive my order. I’ve been admiring your oven for quite some time. So I decided to go all the way when I ordered. I wasn’t going to order only oven. I was going to order the oven and all the accessories. I was going to do it right!!
I was quite disappointed! The pizza paddle. I don’t appreciate the picture on the paddle I would never had ordered it if I had known there was a huge picture in the paddle I thought it had nothing on it.
The second thing that really was disappointing was the quality of your tools I thought the tools were professional quality. They feel quite cheap Much inferior quality to the oxo pizza wheel i already owned I thought this would be a step up. It was quite a step down.

Thanks for your honest review! So the picture on the paddle is our (cute ) replacement for the circle on previous paddles - and it does exactly the same thing : the size is the perfect size for your pizza dough, so you know as you are making your pizza. how big to make it. We added the pic - which is all done with vegetable oil on bamboo, so 100% safe for food prep. So please continue to use for making your pizza, turning your pizza, taking it off the grill, and cutting and serving. Its a 4 in one purpose tool that really is super handy for the whole process. Sorry to hear the pizza cutter is not as good as it is pretty - we couldn't resist the pink, especially for gifts! The scraper is an absolute esstential for removing any food remnants after each pizza - this is the #1 key to prevent smoking - the oven gets so hot that any leftovers will chare and smoke if not removed (think a frypan with food in it) - and its really all you need to keep the pizza stone clean. I love the image on the board but I thought in the back there was marking of circle for sizing. This was the main reason why I purchased it, In order to ensure perfect dimensions for the dough (pizza size). I saw pizza girl videos on social media where she has a board with a circle for sizing. Other than that board is really nice!

Well good news - the circle picture is the sizing! We just changed it to the picture to make it extra cute - its still the same size to guide your dough to fit perfectly in the oven - and we made the overall paddle a little bigger for ease of cutting and serving - but all the practical applications still exist. First off the customer service in buying and receiving and answering all my questions was the best! The pizza maker is so easy and fast and the pizza with pizza girl dough was delicious!!!
