Hi. I was very excited to receive my order. I’ve been admiring your oven for quite some time. So I decided to go all the way when I ordered. I wasn’t going to order only oven. I was going to order the oven and all the accessories. I was going to do it right!!

I was quite disappointed! The pizza paddle. I don’t appreciate the picture on the paddle I would never had ordered it if I had known there was a huge picture in the paddle I thought it had nothing on it.
The second thing that really was disappointing was the quality of your tools I thought the tools were professional quality. They feel quite cheap Much inferior quality to the oxo pizza wheel i already owned I thought this would be a step up. It was quite a step down.

I’d really appreciate a response. Thank you.

Thanks for your honest review! So the picture on the paddle is our (cute ) replacement for the circle on previous paddles - and it does exactly the same thing : the size is the perfect size for your pizza dough, so you know as you are making your pizza. how big to make it. We added the pic - which is all done with vegetable oil on bamboo, so 100% safe for food prep. So please continue to use for making your pizza, turning your pizza, taking it off the grill, and cutting and serving. Its a 4 in one purpose tool that really is super handy for the whole process. Sorry to hear the pizza cutter is not as good as it is pretty - we couldn't resist the pink, especially for gifts! The scraper is an absolute esstential for removing any food remnants after each pizza - this is the #1 key to prevent smoking - the oven gets so hot that any leftovers will chare and smoke if not removed (think a frypan with food in it) - and its really all you need to keep the pizza stone clean.
